Take a Hike Day

Hiking is one of the least expensive, effective ways to get exercise and increase both mental and physical health.  A hike can help lower blood pressure, reduce stress, improve mood and lower cholesterol.  Hiking can be done easily in most state and provincial parks that remain open during the pandemic shutdown.  Remember to take water with you, wear the proper clothing and shoes and know the area in which you are hiking.

If hiking is too much for you…just take a walk.
