I was listening to the program about CanEVA on CKNX Radio and then checked out your web site. My question's are.. 1 - What is the difference between CanEVA for pets and CanEVA for humans ??? 2.. Where in the Hanover area can you get it ?? 3... How much does it cost ??? 4.. Is this a type of treatment that requires you to stay on it for life or can you stop taking it after the desired effects are reached???

Hello Rick, the only difference between the pet and human product is that the human product comes in capsules while the dog product is the powder supplied with a standard measuring scoop. There is no problem giving a dog the human capsule if the dog will swallow it (disguised in peanut butter, cheeswiz etc).
This website contains a current list of outlets for the product- I believe both the PharmaPlus and Zellers Pharmacies in Hanover carry the human product. The recommended cost is $35.00 for 60 capsules or 15g of powder. These bottles will last a person or Labrador size dog one month. Smaller dogs would need a lower dose, one capsule or scoop per day while a big dog like a Newfie would need 3 per day.

Regarding the duration of use, some people find that after a few months they , or their pet, can reduce the dose but if the pain or discomfort returns, then just put the dose back up for relief. Others find they need to maintain the standard dose of CanEVA. Many people have been able to reduce their prescription medications- under advice of their Doctor or Pharmacist- and thereby reduce the side effects from these synthetic chemicals.
