I have stop taking it for a week or so because I was sick and now I really feel the difference that it made in taking it . I never realized that it was such a great improvement on my feeling well until I stopped taking it. I am a preson that keeps on moving with pain or without and now I am going to take it faithly every day sick or not. Thanks for the chance to be part of this experience
